About Us
We are Lawyers and legal consultants having the Chambers and the office in the city of Colombo. Our firm undertakes all kinds of litigation. We advise the clients on the laws applicable to investments in Sri Lanka. We undertake company incorporations (including incorporations with the approval of the Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka.
LITIGATION
The firm specializes in litigation, dispute resolution, and is experienced in all courts throughout Sri Lanka. the team assists clients in respect of all litigation and dispute resolution matters with creditors, debtors, clients, shareholders, staff, and other third parties.
NOTARIAL
Our Notarial Team undertakes notarising and attesting Deed's legal agreements. Pre services of examining title to the lands and issuing reports thereof, advising about the necessary approvals to be obtained with regard to lands apartments and commercial premises, assisting in getting all such approvals from governmental and other institutions are provided..
COMPETITION & ANTITRUST
The firm advises clients on all aspects of competition law issues, including reviewing arrangements and agreements that are potentially anti-competitive, joint ventures, merger controls, and preparing compliance memorandums.

The firm provides legal counsel to general contractors, prime contractors, subcontractors, architects and design professionals, owners, developers, and suppliers in all matters relating to the construction industry.
TESTAMENTARY
The firm counsels on all aspects of family law and testamentary matters including wills, probate, estate management, intestate succession, and matrimonial issues and re-sealing of foreign probates.
TAX
The firm's secretarial division, through its subsidiary, Provides services in completing tax returns making representations to the Department of Inland Revenue with regard to disputes over statutory income taxable income andtaxpayable and import and export levy obtaining clearance certificates before repatriating funds aroad, resident non resident tax exemptions and provide advice with regard to est management of tax files ofcorporate clients and private individuals
Foreign Investment
The Firm provides legal counseling in all aspects of foreign and local investment on approval from the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the Board of Investment. The firm also offers expert legal addvice on specific incentives and exemptions granted by the BOI in relation to Taxation and Banking and businesses.
FAMILY LAW
The firm counsels on all aspects of family law represents its clients in all types of litigation such as Divorce, application for custody for minor children, maintainenace and alimony applications etc.
Real Estate
The firm’s real estate team advises on foreign ownership restrictions, land acquisitions, and sales, mortgage, and lease agreements, together with due diligence examinations on real estate, and the preparation, attestation, and registration of transfers and other title documents.
Company Secretaries
The firm’s secretarial division, provides incorporation, secretarial and ancillary services to corporate clients in accordance with the provisions of the Sri Lanka Companies Act.
